I like to go to the spa and have some treatments when I have a day off work. I'm always on my feet at work and I get really sore feet and legs. It's nice to be able to go in for a massage and pedicure and come back out looking and feeling great. My local spa does such a great job of making you feel calm and relaxed from the moment you walk in. Sometimes I even bring a friend so we can get a treatment together.
